陶芸＋健康モニタリング（シニアプラン）：
週1回、各60分、12-24か月実施。各セッションで体重・血圧・脈拍・SpO2・握力を測定し、必要に応じて生活指導を行う。
主要判定は12か月時点。評価はベースライン、3、6、12、18、24か月。

Pottery + Health Monitoring Program (Senior Plan):
Once per week, 60-90 minutes per session, for 12-24 months. At each session, measure body weight, blood pressure, pulse rate, SpO2, and grip strength, with brief health guidance as needed.
Primary assessment at 12 months. Assessments at baseline, 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.

研究参加や安全な陶芸実施を妨げる医学的状態（例：急性増悪中の重篤疾患、不安定な循環器・呼吸器疾患）
安全な作業や評価の妨げとなる重度の上肢機能障害・高度視聴覚障害
研究参加に支障のある認知症の程度（同意不可、指示理解不可）
研究責任医師・研究者が不適当と判断した者
介護施設等の入所者（地域在住に該当しない場合）
