To investigate the correlation between Patient State Index (PSI) values obtained from sensors placed on the mandible and the forehead during general anesthesia, and to clarify the potential utility of the mandible as an alternative monitoring site.

全身麻酔下で予定手術を受ける成人患者
PSIセンサーの装着に同意が得られた者

Adult patients scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia
Patients who provide informed consent for the placement of PSI sensors
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
20歳未満の患者
PSIセンサーの貼付が困難な皮膚疾患や外傷のある患者
神経疾患や重度認知障害を有し、評価に影響を及ぼす可能性のある患者
研究参加に同意が得られない患者

Patients under 20 years of age
Patients with skin conditions or trauma that make PSI sensor placement difficult
Patients with neurological disorders or severe cognitive impairment that could affect assessment
Patients who do not provide informed consent
