給食を題材とした動画を給食の時間に教室で視聴してもらう。１動画約５分を４回実施する。毎回クイズを出し、当日の動画の要点をまとめた資料を配布し、児童に家庭で保護者にクイズを出すなど、話題の共有を促す。

Ask students to watch videos on the subject of school lunches in the classroom during lunchtime; four sessions of approximately five minutes per video will be conducted. Quiz the children each time, distribute materials summarising the main points of the day's video and encourage them to share the topic by quizzing their parents at home.
