近年、3Dプリンタの開発により脊椎疾患等の患者の治療に処方される体幹装具の製作に3Dプリンタが活用されるようになってきている。3Dプリンタは迅速に義肢装具を製作することができるため、治療効果の向上、入院期間の短縮、医療費負担の軽減等が期待されている。しかし、3Dプリンタで製作した体幹装具（以下、3Dプリンタ製体幹装具）は、従来の方法で製作した体幹装具（以下、従来製体幹装具）と同等の強度・耐久性、装着性、皮膚へ影響などの安全性が明確に示されていない。そこで本研究は、成人健常者5名を対象に3Dプリンタ製体幹装具を製作し、これらを検証することを目的とする。

In recent years, the development of 3D printers has led to their use in the fabrication of spinal orthoses prescribed for the treatment of patients with spinal disorders. Because 3D printers can rapidly fabricate prostheteses and orthoses, it is expected that they will improve the effectiveness of treatment, shorten hospital stays, and reduce medical costs.However, spinal orthoses fabricated with 3D printers (hereinafter referred to as 3D-printed spinal orthoses) have not been shown to have the same strength, durability, wearability, and safety in terms of their effects on the skin as spinal orthoses fabricated using conventional methods (hereinafter referred to as conventional spinal orthoses).Therefore, the purpose of this study is to produce 3D-printed spinal orthoses for five healthy adults and verify them.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

３Dプリンタ製体幹装具の装着期間は、３カ月とする。また１日当たりの装着時間は３時間とする。評価項目は1）強度・耐久性（破損状況）、2）装着感、3）皮膚への影響、4）汚れなどを5段階のフェイススケールを用いて1週間ごとに評価を行う。

The 3D printed spinal orthoses were worn by the subjects for three hours per day for three months, and evaluated weekly using a five-point face scale for the following evaluation items: 1) strength and durability (damage status), 2) comfort, 3) effect on skin, and 4) stainability.
