選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

2013年4月1日から2023年12月31日に昭和大学歯科病院口腔外科で顎変形症の診断で顎骨形成術を受け、下記の項目を満たす患者。
1. CT画像（術前および術後4±2週、6±2か月、12±3か月）が揃っている。
2. 頭部X線規格写真（術前および術後4±2週、保定時）が揃っている。

patient who underwent orthognathic surgery from April, 1, 2013 and December 31, 2023.
inclusion criteria
1. CT was taken before, after and 13 months after surgery.
2. cephalograms were taken before , 4 weeks after surgery and setting the retainer.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 顎変形症が口蓋裂や全身疾患と関連したものである場合。
2. 全てのデータが揃っていない場合。
3. 術後から最終評価の時期までに、気道容積に影響を与えるような処置を行なった場合。

3. any kinds of additional treatment which could influence the volume of the airway during the period.
