The change in 24-hour average blood glucose levels between the initial and second administration of insulin icodec.

評価2：インスリンイコデク2回目投与前
評価3：インスリンイコデク2回目投与後
1) 評価1と評価3の間のTime in range（TIR: 血糖 70-180mg/dLの範囲にある時間）、Time below range（TBR: 血糖<70mg/dlの時間）、Time above range（TAR: 血糖>180mg/dLの時間）、血糖日内変動指標（MAGE）ならびに%CV、血糖日差変動指標（MODD）を含めた各種CGMメトリクス
2) 評価1と評価2の間の上述の各種指標の変化
3) 評価2と3の間の上述の各種指標の変化
4) 評価-1と評価1～3の間の上述の各種指標の変化（※ 切替え前の持続血糖測定結果が参照可能な場合のみ）
5) 各評価期間における日ごとの血糖日内変動
6) 週あたりのインスリン投与量の変化
7) 切替え時のインスリン投与量別の上記指標の変化

1) Various CGM metrics will be assessed between Assessment 1 and Assessment 3, including:
Time in Range (TIR), Time Below Range (TBR), Time Above Range (TAR), Mean Amplitude of Glycemic Excursions (MAGE), Coefficient of Variation (%CV) for intraday glucose variability, Mean of Daily Differences (MODD) for inter day glucose variability.
2) Changes in various CGM metrics between Assessment 1 and Assessment 2.
3) Changes in various CGM metrics between Assessment 2and Assessment 3.
4) Changes in various CGM metrics from Assessment -1 to Assessments 1 through 3 (if pre-switch CGM data are available).
5) Daily intraday glycemic variability during each assessment period.
6) Changes in weekly insulin dose.
7) Changes in the CGM metrics stratified by insulin dose at switching.

1日1回投与の持効型インスリン製剤を含む内容で2週間以上治療されていて、かつ持続血糖測定器(CGM)を使用している2型糖尿病患者

Patients with type 2 diabetes who have been treated for at least two weeks with once-daily basal insulin and are using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)1型糖尿病と診断されている方
2)妊娠糖尿病の方
3)糖尿病性ケトアシドーシスの方
4)その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した方

各評価期間における血糖指標の測定値について平均値ならびに標準偏差（ないし中央値ならびに25-75%値）で示し、評価時期間における群間の差を対応のあるt検定ないしウィルコクソンの符号付き順位検定で検定する。複数の群間にまたがる解析の際には、反復測定分散分析ないしフリードマン検定とそのポストホック検定による解析を追加する。

Blood glucose indices at each assessment period will be presented as mean +- standard deviation or as median with interquartile range (25th-75th percentiles). Differences between time points will be analyzed using paired t-tests or Wilcoxon signed-rank tests, as appropriate. For analyses involving more than two groups, repeated measures ANOVA or the Friedman test will be conducted, with additional post hoc analyses as necessary.
