自動車運転シミュレータを用いて、橈骨遠位端骨折術後患者の運転能力を経時的に定量評価し、健常者のこれらのデータと比較検討することにより、安全な自動車運転再開時期および必要な手関節機能を明らかにすること。

This study aimed to determine the appropriate timing for safe return to driving and the required wrist function in patients following volar locking plating for distal radius fractures. Driving ability was quantitatively assessed over time using a driving simulator and compared with data from healthy individuals.

本研究は、橈骨遠位端骨折術後の運転再開時期に関する基礎的知見を得ることを目的とした観察研究である。ドライビングシミュレータを用いて、術後患者と健常対照群の運転操作能力を経時的に比較評価することで、安全な運転再開時期を検討する。

2) 上肢の外傷や中枢神経疾患の既往がある者
3) 認知症等により、研究内容を理解できない者

2) Individuals with a history of upper limb trauma or central nervous system disorders
3) Individuals who are unable to understand the study content due to dementia or other cognitive impairments
