2. 文書により保護者から同意が得られた者

1. Subjects who are between the ages of 2 and 5 years old.
2. Subjects whose parents agree to participate in this study with a written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 肝、腎、心、肺、消化器、血液、脳、内分泌系および代謝系等の疾患を有している者またはこれらの重篤な既往歴がある者
2. 内服薬または点鼻薬を常用している者
3. ステロイド剤（免疫抑制剤）を常用する者
4. 免疫機能に影響を及ぼすと考えられる食品（特定の乳酸菌・ビフィズス菌、ラクトフェリンを含むもの等）を高頻度に摂取している者
5. 重度の通年性・季節性アレルギー諸症状を有する者
6. 薬物アレルギーまたは食物アレルギーを有する者または既往歴のある者
7. 過去1ヶ月以内に他の医薬品や食品の試験に参加した者
8. 背景調査等から、試験責任医師により被験者として不適当と判断された者

1. Subjects with serious hepatic, renal, cardiac, lung, gastrointestinal, blood, brain, endocrine or metabolic diseases, and/or with serious medical history of those disease.
2. Subjects who regularly use oral or nasal medications.
3. Subjects who regularly use steroids.
4. Subjects who regularly take foods that affect immune function.
5. Subjects with severe perennial and/or seasonal allergic symptoms.
6. Subjects at risk of allergic reactions to drugs or foods.
7. Subjects who participated in clinical studies of other drugs and foods within the last 4 weeks prior to the current study.
8. Subjects who are deemed ineligible by the principal investigator.
