日本語
特定非営利活動法人婦人科悪性腫瘍研究機構（JGOG)で行われる臨床試験に登録された研究対象者に対し、事前に計画された試料解析研究の有無によらず、診療に伴い採取される生体試料を東北メディカル・メガバンク機構（ToMMo）に保管する。保管された生体試料は、将来的に倫理委員会に申請・承認された試料解析研究の計画に基づき、診療情報と遺伝子解析を含めた種々の解析との統合解析に供される。このように、臨床試験に登録された研究対象者の生体試料および診療情報を将来の橋渡し研究において二次利用する事が本研究の目的である。

For research subjects enrolled in clinical trials conducted by the Japan Gynecologic Malignancy Research Organization (JGOG), biospecimens collected during medical treatment will be stored at the Tohoku Medical Megabank Organization (ToMMo), regardless of whether a sample analysis study has been planned in advance. The stored biospecimens will be used for integrated analysis of medical information and various analyses, including genetic analysis, based on a future sample analysis research plan that has been submitted to and approved by the Ethics Committee. Thus, the purpose of this study is to make secondary use of biospecimens and medical information from research subjects enrolled in clinical trials in future bridging research.
