選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 婦人科がんの診断
2. 診断時の年齢が20歳以上
3. 子宮および卵巣摘出術（単純子宮全摘術もしくは準広汎子宮全摘術、広汎子宮全摘術）後、もしくは術後の補助療法終了から2ヶ月以上経過
4. 調査時にPerformance Status 0もしくは1
5. 再発、転移がない
6. 軽い運動を実施することが可能

1. Diagnosis of gynecological cancer
2. Age 20 or older at diagnosis
3. At least 2 months after surgery or completion of postoperative adjuvant therapy
4. Performance Status 0 or 1 at the time of the survey
5. No recurrence or metastasis
6. Able to perform light exercise

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 母語が日本語以外
2. 精神障害、認知機能障害の診断
3. ヨガもしくは認知行動療法を受けた経験
4. 近々、別の介入研究に参加する予定

1. Do not understand written or spoken Japanese
2. Diagnosis of mental disorder or cognitive impairment
3. Received yoga therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy
4. Plans to participate in other intervention study with gynecological cancer survivors in the near future
