目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本邦においては実臨床では技術認定医取得後にロボット支援手術を行うことが多く、技術認定医取得直後のロボット手術導入時期の手術成績については明らかでない。
今回の検討では、技術認定医取得前後のアプローチ方法（腹腔鏡/ロボット）による大腸癌の治療成績を検討し、技術認定医取得後のロボット手術導入の妥当性について検証する。

In Japan, an objective evaluation system for quality of conventional laparoscopic surgery by the Japan Society for Endoscopic Surgery (JSES) has been introduced since 2003, contributing to the improvement of surgical skills of young surgeons. We aimed to determine how the certification of skilled surgeon of laparoscopic surgery is related to surgical outcomes when robotic colorectal surgery is initiated.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

2021年1月から2023年3月の期間にS状結腸癌または直腸S状部癌と診断された患者のうち
1） S状結腸癌または直腸S状部癌に対し原発巣切除を行った患者
2） 腹腔鏡手術、ロボット手術を施行した患者
3） 手術時の年齢が、18歳以上の患者
4) 対象期間内に技術認定医資格を新規取得した術者が取得前後に手術を施行した患者

を対象とする。

Of patients diagnosed with sigmoid colon cancer or sigmoid rectum cancer between January 2021 and March 2023

1) Patients who underwent primary resection for sigmoid colon cancer or sigmoid rectal cancer
2) Patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery or robotic surgery
3) Patients who were 18 years of age or older at the time of surgery
4) Patients who were operated on by surgeons who newly obtained certification of Endoscopic Surgical Skill Qualification System by JSES during the subject period.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1） Colitic cancerと診断された患者
2） 他部位大腸切除を同時施行した患者
3） その他、担当医により研究に参加できないと判断された患者

1) Patients diagnosed with colitic cancer
2) Patients who underwent colorectal resection of other parts of the body at the same time
3) Other patients who are deemed by the treating physician to be ineligible to participate in the study.
