潜在的に抗がん薬のみで長期生存が可能な高齢の悪性リンパ腫患者を対象に、健康アウトカムを治療中・後の自立性喪失や要介護度の悪化とし、自立性喪失や介護の増悪にいたったリスク要因を検討する

To investigate the incidence of developing loss of independence and progression of nursing care levels in older patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma which can potentially be cured by anti-neoplastic agents alone and to analyze its risk factors

リンパ腫治療なしで経過観察（watch and wait）する群を含め、治療中・後の定期的な観察により自立性の喪失/介護度の悪化を治療開始後より6か月、1年、2年の要介護認定を含む自立性喪失者数とその要因を検討する。その際、治療開始後6か月、1年、2年に実施したG8、基本チェックリストの調査結果も検討する。

Older lymphoma patients are to be followed for investigating loss of independence or aggravation of nursing care levels at 6 month, 1 year and 2 years after they are registered or started treatment for the underlying disease. They also have G8 and Kihon Check List studied at the same times and risk factors of loss of independence and aggravation of nursing levels are analyzed.
