入院中および外来における3ヶ月間の化学療法施行中にリハビリテーションを行う。入院中は療法士の指導の下にリハビリを実施する。
外来通院時はフローチャートを用いて自分に適した運動プログラムを選択する。毎日、自宅で運動を実施し、その記録を外来リハビリテーション時に報告する。

Rehabilitation during inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy for 3 months. During hospitalization, rehabilitation is carried out under the guidance of a therapist.
At the time of outpatient visits, a flow chart is used to select an exercise program that is suitable for oneself. Exercise will be performed at home every day, and the records will be reported at the time of outpatient rehabilitation.

① 65歳以上の高齢造血器腫瘍患者で性別は問わない
② 文書にて本研究の同意が得られた者

1 Elderly patients with hematopoietic malignancies aged 65 years or older, regardless of gender
2 Subjects who have obtained written consent for this research
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1 入院時に播種性血管内凝固症候群を合併している白血病患者
2 予後が６ヶ月未満と予想される者
3 日本版Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE-J）が18点未満の者
4 主治医が不適格と判断した者

1 Leukemia patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation at the time of admission
2 Subjects whose prognosis is expected to be less than 6 months
3 Those who score less than 18 on the Japanese version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-J)
4 Those who are judged to be ineligible by the attending physician
