目的/Objectives

日本語
内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術（Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection：ESD）に関しては現在国内・国外において安全に早期癌に対して治療が行われている。しかし、ESD後の食事再開に関しては明確な規定はなく、治療数日後に偶発症などのないことを確認し徐々に食上げをされていることが多い。今回ESD後に自覚症状の疼痛スケールや単純CT検査などを用いて、治療後の偶発症や採血データなどを加味し、食上げを徐々に行うか通常食から開始するかを検討し、入院期間の短縮につなげることが出来るかどうかを検討する。

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is currently being safely treated for early-stage cancer in Japan and abroad. However, there are no clear regulations regarding the resumption of diet after ESD, and in many cases, it is confirmed that there are no incidents after a few days of treatment. In this study, using a pain scale of subjective symptoms after ESD and CT scans, we will consider whether to gradually eat or start with a normal diet by taking into account the contingency and blood collection data after treatment, and examine whether it can lead to a shortening of the hospitalization period.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

ESD後のCTでのfree airの有無や治療後翌日のNRSでの疼痛スコア、採血での炎症反応の値、vital signなどを加味し通常食からの食上げ群と流動食からの食上げ群での偶発症の差や入院期間の検討を行う

Presence or absence of free air on CT after ESD. Pain scores on NRS the next day after treatment, values of inflammatory response in blood sampling, vital signs, etc. will be examined, and the difference in contingency and length of hospitalization between the group eating from normal diet and the group eating from liquid diet will be examined.
