ストーマケア動画を作成し術前ストーマオリエンテーションに使用することで、紙媒体のみを用いた指導方法と比較し、患者のストーマセルフケアの獲得の促進に効果があるかを明らかにする。

To determine whether creating a stoma care video and using it in preoperative stoma orientation is effective in promoting patients' acquisition of stoma self-care, compared to teaching methods using paper media only.

初めてストーマを造設する患者。

Patients who are having a stoma placed for the first time.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
趣旨の巧緻性に問題があり、患者自身でストーマケアができない場合。
認知機能の低下が認められ、患者自身でストーマケアができない場合。
緊急でストーマ造設等のため、術前ストーマオリエンテーションを実施できなかった場合。

Patient is unable to care for the stoma by himself/herself due to problems with manual dexterity.
The patient is unable to care for the stoma by himself/herself due to cognitive decline.
The patient is unable to perform preoperative stoma orientation due to emergency stoma creation, etc.
