選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 組織学的あるいは細胞診学的に非小細胞肺癌と診断されている患者
2. 初回治療として免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（単剤治療または化学療法併用）を含む治療を受ける患者（ただし、ドライバー遺伝子変異陽性の患者においては分子標的薬による治療歴がある場合も許容する）
3. 登録時のPSが 0-2の患者
4. 20歳以上の自己決定能力のある患者
5. 文書で同意が得られている患者

1. Patients with histologically or cytologically diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer
2. Patients who receive treatment including immune checkpoint inhibitors (monotherapy or combination therapy) as initial therapy (However, patients with driver gene mutations who have previously been treated with molecular targeted drugs are also acceptable)
3. Patients with her PS 0-2 at enrollment
4. Patients with self-determination ability over 20 years old
5. Patients with written consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

2．本研究参加への同意が取得できない患者
3．意思決定能力が不十分であり、本人から文書にてインフォームド・コンセントが得られない患者
4．研究責任者又は分担者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

4. Patients who are judged to be inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator or co-investigator

免疫チェックポイント阻害剤を投与する非小細胞肺癌患者の食事情報を、食物摂取頻度アンケートを用いて収集する。本研究に登録された非小細胞肺癌患者の免疫チェックポイント阻害剤投与後の臨床経過を調査する。
