TCS困難例における，CTCの診断能を，TCS-Eとの比較において検証すること．
主要評価項目を6㎜以上の病変指摘能とし，CTCとTCS-Eを比較検討する．有害事象発生率や腸管外病変指摘率についても臨床的に有意な差があるかどうか検討する．

To verify the diagnostic ability of CTC in patients with difficult TCS compared with TCS-E.
The primary endpoint is the ability to identify lesions of 6 mm or more, and CTC and TCS-E are compared.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
通常の大腸内視鏡であるCF-HQ290，PCF-H290（Olympus Co., Tokyo, Japan）などによる，全大腸内視鏡検査が10年以上のTCS経験を持つ医師，またはこれらの医師の監督下で行われた場合でも困難であった症例．

Patients whose total colonoscopy with ordinary colonoscopies, was difficult even when performed by a physician with more than 10 years of TCS experience, or under the supervision of these doctors.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
a. CT検査またはヨード造影剤の禁忌
b. 紙面で同意の得られない者
c. すでに本研究に登録されたことのある者
d. 妊娠している者
e. 炎症性腸疾患と診断されている，もしくは疑われている者
f. 大腸癌などによる大腸閉塞を認める者
g. Polyposisの者
h. 誤嚥の可能性が極めて高い者，または誤嚥を起こした場合に重篤ないし致死的状況となるリスクが高い者
i. 主治医が不適切と判断した者

b. Persons who cannot obtain consent on paper
c. Those who have already been registered in this research
d. Pregnant
e. Those who have been diagnosed or suspected of inflammatory bowel disease
f. A person who has colon obstruction due to colorectal cancer, etc.
g. Polyposis
h. Persons with a very high probability of aspiration or who are at high risk of serious or fatal consequences if aspiration occurs.
i. A person who is judged inappropriate by the attending physician.
