内視鏡的クリップ留置は，同一施設内で少なくとも5年の経験を有する外科医が行う。
daVinchi手術は，100例以上のdaVinchi手術経験を有する上級消化器外科医である同一外科医が全例に施行する。
クリップ留置はダヴィンチ対応NIRFCを用いた上部消化管内視鏡検査または大腸内視鏡検査で実施する。
クリップ留置の内視鏡施行日は手術前日までに行う。
術中daVinch XiのFire fly modeで観察する

Endoscopic clip placement is performed by a surgeon with at least five years' experience within the same institution.
All daVinchi procedures are performed by the same surgeon, who is a senior gastrointestinal surgeon with experience in at least 100 daVinchi procedures.
Clip placement is performed during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy or colonoscopy using a daVinchi-compatible NIRFC.
The endoscopic date for clip placement is the day before the operation.
Intraoperative observation with daVinch Xi in fire fly mode.
