無料アプリ「みんチャレ」を用いる。これは，エーテンラボ株式会社が開発した，5人1組で続ける「習慣化アプリ」として登録ユーザー100万人を超える無料アプリである。同じ目標を持つ5名のユーザーがチャット上でチャレンジを達成した写真を投稿し，他のユーザーにより承認をもらうことでポイントが加算される。本研究では，継続を苦手とするADHD患者に対して，やるべきことをこなした写真，to doリストの写真，スケジュール帳の活用の写真等の投稿を求める。チーム内のユーザー全員の達成でボーナスポイントがもらえるなど認知行動療法の強化の仕組みが活用されている。チーム内に専門家が入り，ユーザーの時間管理の取り組みを日常的に助言し，トラブル防止に努める。

The free application "Minchare" will be used. This is a free application developed by AtenLabo, Inc. that has more than 1 million registered users as a "habit-forming application" for a group of five people. Five users who share the same goal post photos of their challenge achievements in a chat room, and points are awarded when they are approved by other users. In this study, ADHD patients who have difficulty with continuity were asked to post photos of things they had done, to do lists, and use of their schedule book. A reinforcement mechanism of cognitive-behavioral therapy is utilized, such as bonus points for achievement by all users in the team. A specialist is included in the team to routinely advise users on their time management efforts and to prevent problems.

2017年12月に時間管理グループの受講を終了したADHD診断済みの患者。成人用ADHD診断面接(DIVA)のADHD診断基準を満たす。ADHD症状の重症度がCAARS日本語版のA（不注意/記憶）で臨床域65点以上。

Patients with diagnosed ADHD who completed the Time Management Group in December 2017. Meet the ADHD diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic Interview for Adults with ADHD (DIVA), with ADHD symptom severity of at least 65 points in the clinical range on the CAARS Japanese version of A (inattention/memory).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
精神科通院１ヶ月以上。ただし，申し込み日の30日以内の精神科入院，統合失調症，双極性障害，神経認知障害，物質関連障害は除外する。

More than 1 month of psychiatric hospitalization. However, psychiatric hospitalization within 30 days of the application date, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dementia, and substance-related disorders are excluded.
