選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
(1)内視鏡検査で20-50mmの大腸上皮性腫瘍と診断され、ESDが行われる患者
(2)術前診断が腺腫あるいは早期癌(cT1a)である
(3)同意取得時における年齢が満20歳以上の患者
(4)Performance Statusが0, 1, 2のいずれかである。
(5)本研究計画について十分説明を受け、患者本人が十分理解でき、本人による同意が可能な患者

(1)Presence of colorectal neoplasms with 20-50mm in size diagnosed by endoscopy and capable of undergoing ESD as a local treatment
(2)Lesions diagnosed as colorectal adenomas or adenocarcinomas (cT1a)
(3)20 years old or more
(4)Performance Status: 0, 1, 2
(5)Informed consent is obtained
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
(1)回盲弁、虫垂開口部にかかる盲腸病変
(2)憩室にかかる大腸病変
(3)下部直腸にかかる直腸病変
(4)透析中の患者
(5)周術期にヘパリンの持続投与を要する患者
(6)ステロイドあるいは免疫抑制薬内服中
(7)内視鏡検査が禁忌とされる患者(イレウス、消化管穿孔、重篤な呼吸器疾患及び循環器疾患を有する患者)
(8)担当医が対象として不適切と判断した患者

(1)Lesions spreading to the Bauhin bulb or appendix
(2)Lesions spreading to the diverticulum
(3)Lesions located at the lower rectum
(4)Currently undergoing dialysis
(5)Requiring continuous administration of heparin during the perioperative period.
(6)Patients taking steroids or immunosuppressive drugs
(7)Those with contraindications for endoscopy
(8)Patients judged to be inappropriate for the study by the attending physician in this trial
