上部消化管（食道・胃）切除、肝膵切除を行った患者の周術期の筋蛋白崩壊状況、経口摂取状況の変化を調査し、術後の栄養状態について検討する。

To investigate the perioperative muscle protein disruption status and changes in oral intake status of patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal tract (esophagus and stomach) resection and hepatopancreatectomy, and to study their postoperative nutritional status.

(2) Persons who understand the content of this study and have given written consent
(3) Patients who underwent surgery at the Department of Gastroenterological Surgery, Kitano Hospital, Tazuke Kofukai Medical Research Institute

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1）本研究参加に同意が得られない者
(2）筋ジストロフィー等慢性的に筋委縮・筋崩壊が懸念される疾患を持つ患者
(3）透析中の患者

(1) Patients who cannot give consent to participate in this study
(2) Patients with muscular dystrophy or other chronic diseases that may cause muscle atrophy or collapse
(3) Patients on dialysis
