選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
中下部悪性胆道狭窄をもち、抗がん剤治療を行う患者様に対して、胆管ステントを留置する。
長期の抗がん剤治療が必要な患者様には、金属ステントを選択する。３か月以内の治療が推測される患者ににはCotton-leung 10Fr plastic stentを選択する。また、金属ステントによる合併症（膵炎など）が危惧される人（膵管狭窄のない症例）や金属ステントに同意されない患者はCotton-leung 10Fr plastic stentを選択する。

Cotton leung 10Fr plastic stent for patients without pancreatic duct stenosis and rejection for metalic stent.
