選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 登録時年齢が20歳以上の患者
(2) 胆管癌と診断された患者
(3) ERCP による胆道ドレナージを必要とし、初回ERCPでプラスチックステントが挿入されている患者
(4) 初回ERCP前の血清総ビリルビン（T-Bil）が3以上の閉塞性黄疸を呈している患者
(5) 臨床病期IIIもしくはIVの進行度かつ、根治的な外科治療の適応外
(6) Performance status 0-2
(7) 性別は問わない
(8) ゲムシタビンベースの化学療法を施行中

英語
(1) Patients aged 20 years or older at enrollment
(2) Patients diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma
(3) Patients requiring biliary drainage by ERCP and a plastic stent inserted at the first ERCP
(4) Patients with obstructive jaundice with a serum total bilirubin (T-Bil) of 3 or higher before first ERCP
(5) Clinical stage III or IV and not indicated for radical surgical treatment.
(6) Performance status 0-2
(7) Any gender (8) On gemcitabine-based chemotherapy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 全身状態が悪く内視鏡が施行できない患者 (2) 抗血小板剤/抗凝固薬2剤以上内服中の患者 (3) ペースメーカー植え込みがされている患者 (4) 37.5度以上の発熱があり、胆道感染が疑われる患者 (5) その他，医師の判断により対象として不適当と判断された患者

(1) Patients in poor general condition who cannot undergo endoscopy
(2) Patients taking more than 2 antiplatelet/anticoagulant drugs
(3) Patients with a pacemaker implanted
(4) Patients with a fever of 37.5 or higher and suspected cholangitis
(5) Other patients deemed unsuitable for the procedure by the physician
