選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上80歳以下の者
2) 切除可能な初発大腸癌（虫垂癌・肛門管癌を除く）であることが確認されている症例
3) Performance Status（ECOG scale）が、0または1である症例
4) 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

The enrolled patients meet the following selection criteria: 1) are >=20 years and <=80 years of age; 2) confirmed case of resectable primary colorectal cancer (except for appendix cancer and anal canal cancer); 3) have performance status (ECOG scale of 0 or 1); and 4) have provided written informed consent for participating in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 薬物アレルギーの既往がある患者
2) 重篤な合併疾患（肝疾患、腎疾患、心疾患、血液疾患または代謝性疾患など）を有する患者
3) 妊娠中、妊娠の可能性がある、研究期間中に妊娠を希望する女性及び授乳婦
4) 同時性重複癌がある患者
5) その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

The exclusion criteria were as follows: 1) history of allergy to drug; 2) presence of serious complications (e.g., hepatic, renal, cardiac, hematologic, or metabolic diseases); 3) lactation, pregnancy, or planned pregnancy during the study or follow-up period; 4) Patients with synchronous multiple primary cancers; and 5) considered ineligible to participate by the chief investigator.
