選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

20歳以上で以下の基準のうち1つ以上を満たす場合に適格と判断する
・膵癌を疑う症状を有する患者
・腫瘍マーカーが異常値の患者
・血清膵酵素が異常値の患者
・主膵管拡張（≧3mm）を有する患者
・膵嚢胞を有する患者
・新規2型糖尿病診断患者
・血糖コントロール不良となった糖尿病患者
・膵癌の家族歴
・遺伝性膵炎
・乳癌または／かつ卵巣癌の既往
・Puetz-Jegahers症候群
・家族性異型母斑黒色腫症候群
・Lynch症候群
・家族性腺腫性ポリポーシス
・慢性膵炎

Patients =or >20 years of age, and providing informed consent. Eligibility is determined when one or more of the following criteria are met.
1. patients with symptoms suspicious for pancreatic cancer.
2. patients with tumor marker-positive
3. patients with abnormalities of serum pancreatic enzyme
4. patients with dilated main pancreatic duct
5. patients with pancreatic cysts
6. patients with new onset type 2 diabetes
7. diabetic patients with poor control
8. patients with chronic pancreatitis
9. patients with family history of pancreatic cancer
10. hereditary pancreatitis
11. patients with a history of breast and/or ovarian cancer
12. Puetz-Jegahers syndrome
13. Familial atypical multiple mole melanoma syndrome
14. Lynch syndrome
15. Familial adenomatous polyposis syndrome
