選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 自家あるいは同種造血幹細胞移植をうける予定の患者
2) 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の患者
3) 同意取得時のECOG performance statusが0,1,2の患者
4) 本研究の参加について本人から文書で同意が得られている患者

1.Patients scheduled for allogeneic or autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
2.20 years and over
3.ECOG performance status 0 1 2
4.Patients with written consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 意思の疎通が困難な患者
2) 経口摂取が不可能な患者
3) 消化管に活動性の疾患（潰瘍、炎症性腸疾患、悪性疾患、感染症など）がある患者
過去にあっても活動性がないと判断される場合は可能
4) 妊娠している患者
5) 認知症、重度の精神障害を有する患者
6) 胃全摘術うけた患者
7) その他主治医が不適格と判断する患者

4.Pregnant patient
5.Patients with dementia and severe mental illness
6.Patients who underwent total gastrectomy
7.Patients that the attending physician deems ineligible
