目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
一時的回腸人工肛門造設術を伴う直腸癌手術で癒着防止材を使用した症例を対象に、回腸人工肛門閉鎖時にも癒着防止材（セプラフィルムのみ可）を使用することで腸閉塞が防止できるかどうか検証する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
A)組織学的にStage I-III直腸癌であると診断されている。
B)他臓器転移および他臓器浸潤がない。
C)腹腔鏡補助下あるいはロボット支援下直腸切除術が行われている。
D)根治手術（根治度A）が行われている。
E)直腸切除術時に癒着防止材（セプラフィルム、インターシード、アドスプレー、いずれも可）が用いられている。
F)直腸切除術施行時に20歳以上80歳以下
G)初回手術（直腸切除術）と人工肛門閉鎖術の間隔は問わない。
H)人工肛門閉鎖手術時のECOG　Performance statesが0または1
I)登録前1か月以内の検査で以下のすべてを満たし、主要臓器機能が保持されており、活動性の感染症が疑われない
-白血球数：3,000/mm3以上
-血小板数：75,000/mm3以上
-ヘモグロビン：8.0g/dl以上
-ASTおよびALT：施設基準値上限の2.5倍以下
-総ビリルビン：1.5mg/dl以下
-クレアチニン：1.5mg/dl以下

A) Histologically confirmed stage I-III rectal carcinoma
B) Without metastasis and/or invasion of adjacent organs
C) Laparoscopic or robotic surgery performed
D) Curative surgery performed
E) Using anti-adhesion barriers (Seprafilm, Interceed, and Adspray) during rectal cancersurgery
F) Patient with age between 20 and 80 years
G) Any intervals between initial surgery (rectal cancer surgery) and ileostomy reversal
H) Patient with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology GroupPerformance Status of 0 or 1
I) Exhibiting sufficient organ function within 1 month prior to enrollment in the study with the following parameters considered:
-White blood cell count: 3,000/mm3 or higher
-Platelet count: 75,000/mm3 or higher
-Hemoglobin: 8.0 g/dl or higher
-Serum AST and ALT: 2.5 times or less than the upper limit of the institutional reference value
-Serum total bilirubin: less than 1.5 mg/dl
-Serum creatinine: 1.5 mg/dl or less

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
A)セプラフィルムの使用禁忌
B)腹部手術の既往がある（5年以上経過した虫垂切除、腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術、帝王切開を除く）。前方アプローチによる鼡径ヘルニア手術は許容する。
C) 人工肛門閉鎖術を行う前に腸閉塞を発症した症例は除外する。
D)主治医が本研究への参加を不適格と判断された。

B) History of previous abdominal surgery, except for appendectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and cesarean section performed >5 years prior
C) Cases of small bowel obstruction prior to ileostomy reversal
D) The treating physician did not feel that the use of Seprafilm was appropriate
