穿刺抵抗の少ない針穿刺システム開発の基礎研究の一環で、手術で摘出された実際の腫瘍で穿刺力測定を行う。

A new needle puncture system which can reduce puncture resistance is being studied. As a part of this, we measure puncture force of the system using tumors excised at surgery.

1)腎細胞癌で手術が予定されている患者（腎摘除、腎部分切除）
(2)腫瘍のサイズ4cm以下、TNM分類ではT1aに相当

(1) Scheduled surgery for renal cell carcinoma (nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy).
(2) Tumor size less than 4cm and equivalent to T1a in TNM classification.
