本試験の目的は、肝胆道系手術時にインドシアニングリーン希釈液を胆道内に注入し、近赤外線カメラを用いて、術中リアルタイム蛍光胆道造影が可能であることを証明することである。

対象術式は肝切除術、肝嚢胞開窓術、胆嚢摘出術

Patients who undergo hepatobiliary surgery.
Objective surgeries are hepatectomy, fenestration of cyst and cholecystectomy.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

胆汁うっ滞
閉塞性黄疸
ヨードアレルギー
インドシアニングリーンに対する過敏症
妊娠している者

Patients who has cholestasis, jaundice, allegy to iodine and sensitivity to indocyanine green.
Pregnant woman.
