①　参加にあたって、本研究特有の文書による同意が得られている
②　SCRUM-Japan関連研究*1への同意が得られていて、企業の利用を含む二次利用に関する同意が撤回されていない

2)以下のいずれかのがん種と診断されている
①　食道・胃・食道胃接合部がん
②　大腸がん
③　肝細胞がん
④　膵がん

1) Consent of the patient participating in the study has been confirmed through one of the following forms:
1. Written consent specific to this study has been obtained for participation in this study
2. Consent for SCRUM-Japan related study*1 has been obtained, and consent for secondary use, including commercial use, has not been revoked

2) Diagnostic confirmation as one of the following cancer types:
1. Esophageal cancer, stomach, and esophagogastric junction cancers
2. Colorectal cancer
3. Hepatocellular carcinoma
4. Pancreatic cancer

本研究の目的は、がん治療を改善するために、国立がん研究センター東病院におけるがん患者のリアルワールドデータ（RWD）のデータベースを作成することである。これには、患者背景、診断情報、疾患の程度、検査値、治療、及び患者の転帰などの患者レベルのデータを閲覧し、処理・分析することを含む。作成されたデータベースは、仮説の生成、観察研究、及びさまざまな研究に用いられているRWDの全体的な適合性の評価などを含めた、リアルワールドのがん治療の分析を促進するために使用される。

The purpose of this study is to create a real-world database (RWD) for National Cancer Center Hospital East to improve cancer treatment. This includes viewing, processing, and analyzing patient-level data such as the patient background, diagnostic information, disease severity, laboratory values, treatment, and patient outcomes. The created database is used to facilitate the analysis of real-world cancer treatments, including the formulation of hypotheses, observational studies, and an assessment of the overall suitability of RWD used in various studies.
