臨床経過を追跡し、PNH型血球陽性者と陰性者の違いを調べる。

The objective of this study is to assess PNH-type cells in myelofibrosis(MF) patients.
Investigate the difference between positive and negative patients.

主な結果/Results
日本語
骨髄線維症の患者で貧血が進行し、PNH陽性であった。MF患者さんにPNH血球が陽性者がいないか採血を行った。MFの患者さんで、陽性者はいたが、経過中にPNHへ移行した患者さんはいなかった。AA,MDSなどでPNH血球が陽性の場合は免疫抑制剤が効きやすいことが知られている。溶血を主な症状とする発作性夜間血色素尿症患者では経過中に骨髄不全になる症例がいる。MF患者におけるPNH血球陽性、陰性の患者さんのデーターを解析中、骨髄不全のマーカーとしてPNHが陽性なのか、検討する。

There were MF patients who were positive for PNHm were few in number,and none of them progressed to PNH during the course of the disease.It is known that immunosuppressants are more effective in patients with AA, MDS who are PNH blood cell positive.In addition, some patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, whose main symptom at the time of onset is hemolysis, develop bone marrow failure. We are sumarize data on MF patients. We consider PNH is marker for bone marrow failure.
