日本語
原発性肝胆膵悪性腫瘍手術時に、門脈血及び末梢静脈血中におけるcirculating tumor cells (CTCs) ならびにcirculating tumor DNA (ctDNA) と腫瘍微小環境および生体反応の解析を行うことで、手術操作が腫瘍学的に生体に与える影響を探索的に検討すること。

The purpose is to investigate the oncological effects by procedure during surgery for the primary hepato-biliary-pancreatic malignancies by analyzing circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in portal and peripheral venous blood, the tumor microenvironment, and biological responses.

原発性肝胆膵悪性腫瘍患者における手術時の門脈血及び末梢静脈血中のCTCsおよびctDNAと、腫瘍組織の微小環境の解析を行うことで、手術操作が腫瘍学的に生体に与える影響を探索的に検討する。

We analyze the CTCs and ctDNA in portal and peripheral venous blood during surgery and tumor tissue microenvironment in patients with the primary hepato-biliary-pancreatic malignancies.
