目的1/Narrative objectives1

本研究の目的は以下の2点である。術前治療なしで根治手術可能と判断した結腸直腸癌(colorectal cancer: CRC)を対象として、
１）手術前のリキッドバイオプシーにおいて血漿や尿のexoDNAやcfDNAレベル、RAS、BRAFの変異の有無が再発や予後の予測に有用であるかを検証する。
２）手術後のリキッドバイオプシーにおけるexoDNAやcfDNAレベルや、Mutation allele frequency (MAF)が、再発・予後の予測因子となるかを検証する。

The purpose of this study was twofold. 1) To evaluate the efficacy of preoperative liquid biopsy in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC) judged to be curatively operable without preoperative treatment.
1) To evaluate whether plasma and urine exoDNA and cfDNA levels, RAS, and BRAF mutations are useful for predicting recurrence and prognosis in preoperative liquid biopsy.
(2) To examine whether exoDNA and cfDNA levels and mutation allele frequency (MAF) in postoperative liquid biopsy are predictive of recurrence and prognosis.
