目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	ERAS(enhanced recovery after surgery)プロトコルによれば、消化器外科領域で腸管を扱う手術でも、浣腸は不要であるとされている。泌尿器疾患の手術では、ほとんどの疾患では腸管を扱わないため、浣腸は不要と考えられる。しかしながら、実際の臨床上は、多くの泌尿器科疾患において浣腸を術前に実施しているのが現状である。また、浣腸による、迷走神経反射発症の可能性、直腸穿孔の可能性もあり、浣腸を省略しても手術が安全に実施できるか検討する。	To clarify the safety of undergoing urologic surgeries, we would undergo those with and without enema.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	当院で、前立腺癌、腎腫瘍、膀胱癌、腎盂癌、尿管癌の手術治療を受ける患者	the patients with prostate cancer, renal cancer, bladder cancer, renal pelvic cancer, and ureter cancer
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	質問票に記入ができない方。日常から、便秘症があり、浣腸を行っている方。	the patients who would not reply the questionnaire. the patients who would regularly undergo enema
