当院で2012年1月以降に待機的大腸癌手術を受けた患者さんの年齢、性別、BMI、基礎疾患、腫瘍の局在、臨床病期、術前検査結果(Hb、Alb、HbA1c、PNI)、手術時間、出血量、術後合併症といった情報を利用し、腹壁縫合糸変更前後での創感染症の発生率の比較検討、危険因子、予防方法を検討し、医療費の低減に関しても検討する

Age, gender, BMI, underlying disease, tumor localization, clinical stage, preoperative test results (Hb, Alb, HbA1c, PNI) of patients who underwent elective colorectal cancer surgery at our hospital after January 2012, Surgical time, bleeding volume, postoperative complications, etc., to compare the incidence of wound infection before and after abdominal wall suture change, risk factors, preventive methods, and reduce medical costs consider.
