選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	山形大学医学部附属病院にて同種造血幹細胞移植を受ける患者およびそのドナー 倫理審査委員会にて承認を得た同意説明文書にて、研究の目的等の十分な説明を受け、本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者およびそのドナー 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の患者およびそのドナー	Patients and their donors undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at Yamagata University Hospital Patients and their donors who have been fully informed of the purpose of the study in the consent document approved by the Ethical Review Committee and have given their free written consent. Patients and their donors who are 20 years of age or older at the time of consent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	同時性の重複癌がある患者 人工肛門造設を含む腸管切除歴のある患者 採便ができない患者。ただし、ドナーのみ採便ができず患者は採便が可能な場合には、患者は除外しない。 その他、研究者が不適当とみなした者	Patients with synchronous multiple cancers. Patients with a history of bowel resection. Patients who are unable to collect stool. However, if only the donor is unable to collect stool and the patient is able to collect stool, the patient will not be excluded. Other patients deemed inappropriate by the investigators.

その他関連情報/Other related information	前向き観察研究 2021年5月1日～2026年3月31日までに山形大学医学部附属病院第三内科（血液内科）で同種造血幹細胞移植を行う20歳以上の患者およびそのドナー。移植に至った適応疾患は問わない。移植前およびドナー由来造血生着までの間の臨床所見、血液所見、内視鏡所見、腸内細菌叢、腸内メタボロームをGVHD発症群と非発症群で比較する。またドナーとレシピエントの腸内環境を比較する。	Prospective observational study The patients and their donors aged 20 years or older who will undergo allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at Yamagata University Hospital between May 1, 2021 and March 31, 2026. Any indication that led to the transplant is eligible. The clinical, hematological, and endoscopic findings, gut microbiota, and gut metabolome will be compared between the GVHD group and the non-GVHD group before transplantation and throughout the period of donor-derived hematopoietic engraftment. We will also compare the gut environments of donors and recipients.
