選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1）2010年1月から2020年8月までに大腸CSP後に癌と診断され、少なくとも1回は遺残
確認目的の内視鏡が行われた症例。対象年齢は15歳以上とする。
(他院でCSP後に癌と診断され紹介された症例も含む)
2）1年後の局所再発、遺残に関しては2019年8月までにCSPが行われた症例で検討する
3）3年後の局所再発、遺残に関しては2017年8月までにCSPが行われた症例で検討する

1) The patients who underwent at least 1-time surveillance colonoscopy after cold snare polypectomy for colorectal cancers or dysplasias from January 2010 to August 2020.
2)The data of patients who underwent cold snare polypectomy by August 2019 were used to investigate the local recurrence after a year.
3)The data of patients who underwent cold snare polypectomy by August 2017 were used to investigate the local recurrence after three years.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）オプトアプトを表明した患者
2）進行癌が存在し、進行癌成分混入の可能性が否定できない症例(contamination例)
（詳細な項目入力からは除外するが、contamination例の症例数の集積は行う）

1) The patients who showed interest in opt-out for the present study
2) The patients with the possibility of contamination by a concomitant advanced colorectal cancer
