腫瘍の病理学的診断をgold standardとして、EUS静止画像を用いて測定された腫瘍の円形度が胃粘膜下腫瘍の鑑別診断に有用であるかについて前向きに検討すること。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
上部消化管内視鏡検査、EUS、CTなどの画像検査にてGIMT(GIST、平滑筋腫、神経鞘腫)が疑われ、下記の3つの条件を満たす。
1) 登録日の年齢が20歳以上である。
2) Performance status(PS)がECOGの基準で0-1である。
3) 研究参加について参加者本人から文書で同意が得られている。

GIMT (GIST, leiomyoma, schwannoma)are suspected and the three following conditions are satisfied.
1) The age of registration date is 20 years or older.
2) Performance status (PS) is 0-1 according to the ECOG standard.
3) Participants have given written consent to participate in the research.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 出血傾向がある患者
2) Child-PughスコアにてB-Cに該当する肝硬変を有するもの。
3) 維持透析中の慢性腎不全を有するもの。
4) 主治医が本研究の参加が不適切であると判断したもの。

1) Patients with a tendency to bleed.
2) Patients with liver cirrhosis corresponding to Child-Pugh score B-C.
3) Those with chronic renal failure during maintenance dialysis.
4) Those judged to be inappropriate for participation in this study by the attending physician.

EUS静止画像を用いて測定された腫瘍の円形度が胃粘膜下腫瘍の鑑別診断に有用であるかについて前向きに検討する。
腫瘍の病理学的診断はボーリング生検、EUS-FNA、粘膜切開生検、手術のいずれかで得られた組織を用いる。

The purpose of this study is to prospectively investigate whether the circularity of the tumor measured using EUS still images is useful for the differential diagnosis of gastric submucosal tumors.
For pathological diagnosis of tumor, tissue obtained by boring biopsy, EUS-FNA, mucosal incision biopsy, or surgery is used.
