内視鏡治療時に、最小適合鉗子口径2.8mmの生検鉗子を用いて、病変部から1回生検を行う。

At the time of endoscopic treatment, one biopsy is performed from the lesion, using biopsy forceps with a minimum working channel of 2.8mm.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・扁平上皮癌と診断されている(疑い症例含む)
・同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上。
・【食道症例】食道手術あるいは化学療法または放射線療法(他臓器癌で食道が照射野内にかかる場合を含む)の既往がない。
・【頭頸部症例】咽喉頭手術あるいは化学療法または放射線療法(他臓器癌で咽喉頭が照射野内にかかる場合を含む)の既往がない。
・食道・頭頸部症例ともに他臓器癌の最終抗癌剤投与日から3ヶ月以上間隔が空いていること。
・内視鏡診断で長径10mm以上。
・頸部食道の病変ではない。
・内視鏡切除後の局所再発病変ではない。
・主要臓器機能が保たれている。
・患者本人から本研究への参加に関して文書によるインフォームド・コンセントが得られている。

More than 20 years old
In the case of superficial esophageal cancer, no history of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery for esophageal cancer
In the case of superficial head and neck cancer, no history of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or surgery for head and neck cancer
More than 3 months since last chemotherapy for other carcinoma
Endoscopically diagnosed as 10mm or more
Localization without cervical part of esophagus
No organ failure

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・ヨード染色検査禁忌の症例。
・血液凝固機能疾患のある症例(抗血栓薬内服症例は、抗血栓薬に対する消化器内視鏡診療ガイドラインに準じた対応が可能であれば除外としない)。
・妊娠または妊娠している可能性がある症例。
・その他、研究担当医師が本研究を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した症例。

Patients with contraindications of iodine stain
Patients with hemorrhagic disorders, except for patients with coagulopathy or anticoagulant therapy who can follow the Japanese guideline.
Pregnancy
