選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)スネアEMRによる一括切除が困難な径20～50mm大の大腸腫瘍
(2)同意取得時において年齢が20歳以上の患者
(3)Performance status (ECOG)が0，1，2のいずれかである
(4)抗血小板薬、抗凝固薬内服患者では周術期にガイドラインに沿った休薬ができる場合（周術期の管理は「抗血栓薬服用者に対する消化器内視鏡診療ガイドライン」および「抗血栓薬服用者に対する消化器内視鏡診療ガイドライン 直接経口抗凝固薬（DOAC）を含めた抗凝固薬に関する追補2017」に準拠する。）
(5)本人または代諾者から自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

(1) Lesions for which en bloc resection with snare EMR is difficult to apply and tumor size is 20 to 50 mm
(2) Aged above 20 years old
(3) Performance status of 0, 1 or 2
(4) To obey the guidelines in patients undergoing antithrombotic treatment proposed by the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society
(5) Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)術前診断においてT1b癌が疑われる大腸腫瘍
(2)内視鏡治療後の局所再発患者
(3)炎症性腸疾患，家族性大腸腺腫症患者
(4)血小板減少、凝固系異常および出血傾向の異常の既往がある患者
(5)妊娠中あるいは妊娠の可能性のある女性
(6)研究責任者、研究分担者が本研究の参加について適切でないと判断した場合

(1) Preoperative endoscopic diagnosis of tumor depth is cT1b(SM2)
(2) Lesions of local recurrence after endoscopic resection
(3) Familial adenomatous polyposis and inflammatory bowel disease
(4) Patients with thrombocytopenia and/or bleeding tendency
(5) Women during pregnancy
(6) Unsuitable patient for clinical trial judged by clinicians
