免疫チェックポイント阻害剤による治療を受けている進行再発消化器がん患者に対して早期栄養療法が行われた場合の栄養状態の変化、治療効果、有害事象、患者の免疫状態の変化について実態を明らかにすることである。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）年齢：満20歳以上
2）免疫チェックポイント阻害剤（ニボルマブ、ペンブロリズマブ）治療導入予定の患者
（治療ラインは問わない）
3）消化管機能が維持され、経腸栄養が可能な患者

1) 20 years or older;
2) Patients scheduled for induction of immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment(nivolumab or pembrolizumab)
3) Gastrointestinal function is maintained

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）経腸栄養困難な要因（消化管閉塞、大量腹水、前庭機能障害、脳転移、電解質失調、尿毒症、精神的原因等）を有している患者
2）重篤な臓器機能不全（心不全・腎不全・肝不全等）患者
3）活動性の重複癌を有する患者

3) Active multiple primary cancers
