本研究参加施設にて初発大腸（盲腸～肛門管）癌に対する診療を行う成人患者

Patients aged 20 years or older who have their first colorectal cancer treated in participating institutions

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 大腸癌に対して前治療歴がある。
2) 過去に別の大腸癌の既往がある。
3) 炎症性腸疾患（クローン病、潰瘍性大腸炎等）を有する場合
4) 家族性大腸腺腫症などのポリポーシスを有する場合
5) 遺伝性大腸癌の家系である場合
6) 質問票を用いた調査が困難な場合
7) 質問票を用いた調査に同意が得られない場合
8) その他、担当医が不適切と判断した場合

1) History of previous treatment for colorectal cancer
2) History of different colorectal cancers
3) Existence of inflammatory bowel disease
4) Existence of colorectal polyposis
5) Member of a hereditary colorectal cancer family
6) Difficult to examine using questionnaire
7) No consent for this study
8) Being considered inappropriate for participation by a physician in charge
