目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	がんに対する治療の進歩は目覚ましく、外科治療に加えさまざまな分子標的薬による化学療法や新たな放射線療法が開発され、がん患者の生存率は大幅に改善された。それに伴い心血管系疾患の発症ががん患者の予後を左右するという報告も散見される。	The progress in cancer treatment has been remarkable, and in addition to surgical treatment, chemotherapy with various targeted drugs and new radiation therapy have been developed, and the survival rate of cancer patients has been greatly improved. Along with this, there are some reports that the onset of cardiovascular disease affects the prognosis of cancer patients.

目的2 -その他詳細/Basic objectives -Others	現在、がん患者における動脈硬化や冠動脈疾患など循環器疾患の発症メカニズムに関する新たなバイオマーカーを同定する研究が進んでいる。今回この研究では、各種心血管疾患（虚血性心疾患・末梢動脈疾患、心筋症、心不全、不整脈、心臓弁膜症、大動脈瘤、大動脈解離、静脈血栓症）における診断、重症度や治療効果判定、予後予測となりうるバイオマーカーの検索、また有用性について検討する。	Currently, studies are underway to identify new biomarkers for the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease such as arteriosclerosis and coronary artery disease in cancer patients. This time, in this study, diagnosis of various cardiovascular diseases (ischemic heart disease/peripheral artery disease, cardiomyopathy, heart failure, arrhythmia, valvular heart disease, aortic aneurysm, aortic dissection, venous thrombosis), determination of severity and therapeutic effect, We will search for biomarkers that can be prognostic and examine their usefulness.
