選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・MDCTまたはEUSまたはMRI（MRCP、DWI含む）で肝外胆管癌が疑われる症例．
・外科的切除適応または適応となる可能性が否定されていない症例．
・術前検査について十分な説明を受けた後，文書同意が得られた患者．

Suspected extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma based on the findings from MDCT.
Being resectable from MDCT findings.
Written informed consent about participating in the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・内視鏡的に経乳頭的アプローチが困難な症例．
・全身状態不良（Performance Status 3以上）の症例．
・MDCTまたはEUSまたはMRI（MRCP、DWI含む）で明らかな非切除因子（遠隔転移，主要血管浸潤，腹膜播種など）を有する症例．
・外科的切除を行わない方針の症例．
・出血傾向（抗凝固薬内服中の患者で，適切に休薬が可能であれば除外しない）
・妊娠
・その他、主治医が不適当と判断した症例．

Impossible transpapillary approach using a duodenoscope.
Poor general condition (the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status 3 or 4).
Definite inoperable factors, such as distal metastases and peritoneal dissemination detected.
Refusal of surgical treatment.
Pregnancy.
