目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
鹿児島大学病院消化器内科及び本研究に参加する施設に通院または入院中の消化器疾患（消化管疾患、肝疾患、胆膵疾患）を有する患者や健診受診者を対象に、消化器疾患とALDH2遺伝子多型との関連を解析するため、対象より採取した呼気検体を用いて呼気中微量アセトアルデヒド/エタノールを測定する。

To analyze the relationship between digestive diseases and ALDH2 gene polymorphisms, we will measure the trace amount of acetaldehyde / ethanol in the exhaled breath samples.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

（1）上部消化管の外科的切除の既往、（2）アルコールアレルギー、（3）20歳未満、（4）現在の妊娠。
