口腔ケア自立度分類の「自立」及び「部分介助」に該当する介護福祉施設入居者において、対象者に粘膜ケアの方法を教育後に、対象者自身による粘膜ブラシを使用した口腔ケアを介入として実施することで、口腔内の各種指標についての改善度を比較検討することである。

ベースラインの試料採取後、口腔ケアを指導する。翌日から、次の試料採取まで2週間、昼食後の口腔ケアで粘膜ブラシを使用して2分間、対象者自身で口腔清掃を実施する。

The intervention group directs oral care after baseline sampling.
From the next day until the next sampling,the subject will perform oral cleaning for 2 minutes using a mucosal brush for oral care after lunch for 2 minutes.
