| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 2013年4月～2019年3月に一般病棟で何らかの懸念するバイタルサインの異常によりMETコールが起動した患者とした． | In patients who are activated MET call after track and triggering of clinical deterioration in the general ward during the period between April 2013 to March 2019 were enrolled in this study. | |||
| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 18歳未満の患者，スコアリングのために必要な心拍数・血圧・呼吸数・SpO2・体温・意識レベル・酸素投与の有無，血液データの全ての観察が行われていない症例を除外した． | Patients who were under 18 years of age and patients in whom vital signs at activation of MET call was not determined and not observed for evaluation of early warning scores that were used in this study were excluded. | |||
