選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	① 2019年3月改定の「潰瘍性大腸炎・クローン病診断基準・治療指針」に基づいて、潰瘍性大腸炎と確定診断された患者 ② スマートフォンを持っており、使いこなすことができる	1. Confirmed with diagnosis of ulcerative colitis based on the diagnosis/treatment guideline by specific disease investigation committee of Japanese ministry of health, labor and welfare ,ver. March,2019 2. Capable of using smartphones
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	① 文書による同意が取得できない ② 日本語を理解することができない ③ 他の臨床介入研究に参加中である ④ 担当医師が本研究への参加に不適当と判断した	1. Unable to gain informed consent by documents 2. Unable to understand Japanese 3. Participating in other interventional trials 4. Regarded as not appropriate candidate for this research by physicians
