| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 1)上部消化管がん疑い病変に対する精密検査を目的とした上部消化管内視鏡検査を受ける患者
2)同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の患者 3)本研究の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の下、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者 |
1)Patients undergoing endoscopy to inspect lesions suspicious for upper gastrointestinal cancers
2)Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of enrollment 3)Patients who have provided written informed consent to participate in this study |

2)研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者 |

| その他関連情報/Other related information | 2020年3月から2021年12月に当施設を受診し選択基準に合致した患者を対象とする。対象者の上部消化管内視鏡検査画像、病変に関するデータを収集する。 | Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy will be performed for patients who meet the selection criteria between March 2020 and December 2021.Endoscopic images of lesions suspicious for upper gastrointestinal cancers and data about clinicopathologic characteristics will be collected. |
