目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	全身麻酔導入後、筋弛緩状態にある無呼吸患者におけるマスク換気において、経鼻挿管前処置のガーゼによる鼻腔閉鎖がマスク換気に与える影響を評価する。	To evaluate the effect of nasal passage occlusion by gauze on the efficiency of mask ventilaton in anesthetised muscular flaccidity patient who require nasal intubation.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	各処置において１分間ずつ人工呼吸器によるマスク換気を行う。 A群：鼻腔閉鎖なし⇒ガーゼによる鼻腔閉塞⇒ガーゼ抜去⇒鼻腔閉塞⇒経鼻エアウェイ挿入	Anesthesiolosists perform one minutes mechanical mask ventilation under each condition. Group A: without nasal passage occlusion, followed by occlusion by gauze, followed by removal of gauze, followed by re-occlusion and, finally, insertin nasal airway.
介入2/Interventions/Control_2	各処置において１分間ずつ人工呼吸器によるマスク換気を行う。 B群：ガーゼによる鼻腔閉塞⇒ガーゼ抜去⇒鼻腔閉塞⇒ガーゼ抜去⇒経鼻エアウェイ挿入	Anesthesiolosists perform one minutes mechanical mask ventilation under each condition. Group B: nasal passage occlusion by gauze, followed by removal of gauze, followed by re-occlusion, followed by removal of gauze and, finally, inserting nasal airway.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	75 歳/years-old 未満/>
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1. 全身麻酔下、経鼻挿管で予定手術を受ける患者。 2. 米国麻酔科学会術前状態分類（ASA-PS）ⅠもしくはⅡの患者	1. Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia requring nasal intubation 2. ASA physical status cllasification: ASA-PS 1/2
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1. マスク換気困難が予想される患者（Body mass index ≧30 kg/m2, 甲状オトガイ間距離　≦6 cm, Mallampati score ⅢまたはⅣ, 太い頸部, 開口　≦3 cm, 顎鬚や口髭の存在, 頸椎不安定性や可動域制限, 頸部腫瘤や頸部放射線治療後, 睡眠時無呼吸症候群） 2. 誤嚥リスクのある患者（妊婦,肥満患者、食道裂孔ヘルニア, 胃食道逆流症） 3. 上気道感染やアレルギー症状により鼻汁を認める 4. 虚血性心疾患や慢性閉塞性肺疾患の既往	1. possible difficult mask ventilation (Body mass index> 30 kg/m2, thyromental distance< 6 cm, Mallampati score 1 or 2, thickness of neck, having beard, instability or a limitation in range of motion of cervical vertebra, neck mass or past history of radiation therapy in neck, sleep apnea syndrome) 2. risk of aspiration (pregnant, obesity, hiatal hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease) 3. nasal discharge becouse of upper respiratory infection or hayfever. 4. ischemic heart disease or chronic obstractive pulmonary disease
